Delivery
During the Christmas period, delivery times may vary due to the large volumes of post. Free delivery if you purchase for more than 500 DKK (EUR 70, GBP 55, NOK 600, SEK 700 according to currency selected). PILGRIM is sold online to EU countries and Norway. Orders are processed and despatched within 2 working days. Delivery time can vary from 5 to 10 days, depending on where you live. Deliveries to France and Italy may take up to 14 days. Deliveries to Norway are shipped every Tuesday. We can only deliver to Norway if you make your order in Norway.

Order handling
When you have made your order and paid via www.pilgrim.dk, you will receive order confirmation by email. The invoice will be sent with your order. PILGRIM cannot accept responsibility for the product when it is sent via postal services or other shipping agent.

Handling Fee
A handling fee of DKK 45 (EUR 6, GBP 5 or SEK 60 according to currency selected) will be added to your order to cover order handling and shipment. Please note that due to Norwegian customs duties a handling fee of NOK 160 will be applied to goods sent to Norway.

Payment
We accept the following payment and credit cards: Dankort (Denmark only), Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard and Diner’s Club. Please note that the Norwegian prices include VAT.

Guarantee
There is a two-year guarantee on all PILGRIM products, during which time we repair all manufacturing faults free of charge. As for watches, the guarantee covers all parts except the glass, battery, rim, leather wrist band and metal-chain links.

Returned goods
You have the right to return goods within 14 days – Goods should be returned no later than 14 days after receipt, as new and unused and in the original packaging. The customer is obliged to cover shipping costs incurred in returning a product(s). Your statutory rights are not affected. You cannot return goods to a PILGRIM store – You must return them directly to PILGRIM a|s, at the address at the bottom of the page. In case of product defects, please contact ishop@pilgrim.dk. When returning goods, please enclose a copy of the invoice. The package should be clearly marked: att. ISHOP.

Security
PILGRIM a|s's payment system is in cooperation with, among others, Payment Business Services (PBS). All data that is transported between the browser and PILGRIM in connection with payment is encrypted. It is possible to see whether an Internet page is encrypted at the bottom of the browser. All encryption is via a Secure Socket Server (SSL).

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Any disputes arising between the purchaser and PILGRIM a|s, including the interpretation of PILGRIM a|s's terms and conditions of sale and delivery, shall be resolved according to Danish law, with Danish as the legal language, and within the jurisdiction of the Maritime and Commercial Court of Copenhagen.

Changes
PILGRIM a|s reserves the right to make changes to the prices and delivery terms without reason or notice.
